<p>Welcome to Fujitsu Racing. Now entering our Third V8 Supercar Championship, we are excited to announce Team Owner Jason Bright will return to his own team. Along with a new driver the 2007 Fujitsu Racing car will carry a new striking livery, increased merchandise range and greater support from the Corporate sector. Jason Bright commented &#8220;I can&#8217;t wait to start the year, its been a long time coming. I&#8217;ve driven for a lot of teams, I&#8217;m now looking forward to bringing my own team some results. It&#8217;s always been a dream of mine to own my own team, what&#8217;s even more exciting is driving for it&#8221;<br />
Jason also spoke about the cars &#8220;I&#8217;m looking forward to getting behind the wheel at The Clipsal 500, I&#8217;ve already done some miles in the car and feel very positive for the 07 Championship, we will make some engineering changes to the car during the off season&#8221;. Jason Bright will run car 25 for the 2007 V8 Supercar Championship</p>

<p>2 nd 2003 Australian F1 Grand Prix Support Race 2 nd Round 2 V8 Supercar Championship &#8211; Phillip Island 2 nd Round 4 V8 Supercar Championship &#8211; Winton 3 rd Round 6 V8 Supercar Championship &#8211; Darwin 2 nd Round 13 V8 Supercar Championship &#8211; Eastern Creek Joined Team Brock (Holden) in 2003 and raced into the Championship lead until the latter part of the season when a lack of testing took its toll on the team&#8217;s performance.</p>

<p>3 rd 2004 V8 Supercar Championship (PWR)</p>
<p>1 st Australian F1 Grand Prix Support Race 1 st Round 3 V8 Supercar Championship &#8211; New Zealand 1 st Round 5 V8 Supercar Championship &#8211; Perth 3 rd Round 7 V8 Supercar Championship &#8211; Winton 3 rd Round 8 V8 Supercar Championship &#8211; Oran Park Team Brock became Paul Weel Racing (PWR) and Bright was in the Championship fight all the way to the final round of the 2004 series. Bright appeared in the Top Ten Shoot Out in all but one of the 13 Championship rounds of 2004. After years of planning, Bright established his own V8 Supercar Team, Britek Motorsport / Fujitsu Racing at the end of 2004.</p>
<h1>2005</h1>
<p>9 th 2005 V8 Supercar Championship (FPR)</p>
<p>Whilst Britek Motorsport was establishing itself Jason joined Ford Performance Racing (FPR) as the No 1 driver for the 2005 and 2006 seasons. Bright took control of the Prodrive owned Number 6 CAT FPR BA Falcon. This marked a return to the blue oval marque with which Bright started his stellar V8 Supercar career. A career that has included no less than 60 top ten finishes from 90 Championship round starts (at start of 2006 season) along with victory, runner-up and third place honours at Bathurst. Bright spent the majority of the season developing the team&#8217;s all new FPR BA Falcon chassis.</p>

<p>5 th 2006 V8 Supercar Championship (FPR)</p>
<p>Pole Position &amp; 2 nd Round 4 V8 Supercar Championship &#8211; Winton 1 st Sandown 500 Round 8 V8 Supercar Championship &#8211; Sandown 2 nd Round 11 V8 Supercar Championship &#8211; Symmons Plains 1 st Round 12 V8 Supercar Championship &#8211; Bahrain (Inaugural Desert 400) 2 nd GT Class &amp; 4 th Overall World Sportscar &#8211; Sebring 12 Hour Classic (Aston Martin Racing) Bright has once again proven his ability to develop race winning cars reaping the rewards in the second half of the season and taking FRP to the top of the field in its 4 th year. In February this year Jason successfully tested with Aston Martin Racing (World Sportscar) at the Vallelunga circuit in Italy . He was then named as one of the team&#8217;s Aston Martin DBR9 drivers for the Sebring 12 Hour Classic (USA) on March 18 alongside regular Aston Martin Racing team drivers Pedro Lamy and Stephane Sarrazin. The Prodrive trio finished second in the GT Class and fourth overall. Bright announced in mid 2006 that he would be leaving FPR at the end of the year to concentrate on driving for and developing his own team Britek Motorsport / Fujitsu Racing.</p>
